General Shipping Information
Sukilux orders are shipped fully insured with the reliability and accountability of UPS and FedEx. Applicable New York sales tax will be provided during checkout. We will ship your order within two days after your payment (expedited orders are shipped same day if payment is accepted by 1 pm Eastern - see "Expedited Shipping").
Please Note the Following
- For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all shipments of $300 or more. If you will not be home to sign your order, SukiLux can also ship your order to your place of work.
- We do not ship to Post Office Box or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will ship FedEx Second Day Air. Shipments to Canada will ship via the USPS, Custom Tax apply if applicable.
- Free domestic standard shipping is available for all orders over $1,000 USD automatically.
- For pre-order, please allow up to 14 days to receive shipment and 7 days advance to be notified that order is unable to be fulfilled.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a UPS, FedEx.
This permits you to track your package online.
- We offer FedEx Next-Day and FedEx Second Day shipping options. Payment for expedited shipping must be accepted by 1 pm US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, in order for the item to be shipped that day.
- Items shipped Next Day will be delivered the next business day, and items shipped the Second Day will be delivered two business days later. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee.
- Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items or in certain international areas.
General Return Policy
Sukilux does not accept returns on all items. Please take this into consideration when making a purchase.
Sale Price Adjustment Policy
Sukilux will place a price adjustment only on items that have been sold three days prior than the sale date. If that situation happens, please email us, we will provide a partial refund immediately.
